We have had other requests for this as well - it is on our radar however I do not know when we will implement this. If a large customer presents a request for this through our support folks, then it is possible this will get more attention.
We have notified the HIS team regarding this request.
This is planned for the next release of BizTalk
Hello Leo -
It will be the next release of BizTalk - what we refer to as vNext since the timeline has not been firmly established at this point. Tentatively (and please do not hold me to this!) it will be BizTalk 2019 and will be released during the first quarter of 2019 - - however, that date could slip to later in 2019 and could be named BizTalk 2020.

Can you elaborate on the "bug"?
Can you elaborate a little here, you are allowed to set names of your published services.
Would an adapter to Event Hub be sufficient for these scenarios?
Very good feedback!
We will size this to determine the scope involved. Please note we are currently looking into an Office 365 adapter. We are doing some future planning for 2018/2019 after the holidays.
Very good feedback, and should land in the "Better together" bucket!

I agree on this, but can you provide some business justification on why this should be done OOTB, what will you as a customer gain from achieving this?
This has long been a thing we have not done in BizTalk based on the usage, how would you like to see this implemented, allowing this could potentially be a security risk for some companies.
This is very good feedback, what specifically do you mean by low latency and no message box. Do you have scenario this would apply to?
