Repair and resubmit
Enable the ability to repair and resubmit suspended or failed messages. This can be done using the ESB Toolkit, but it would be best if this was a feature available natively within the BizTalk admin console.
A new message should be created.
The context should say who changed it.
Context should also point to original message.

If you allow editing and resubmit, you need to introduce audit logs for all actions in the admin console.
Reality is that sometimes garbage comes from source and must be fixed
This has long been a thing we have not done in BizTalk based on the usage, how would you like to see this implemented, allowing this could potentially be a security risk for some companies.
